I get at least 2 spam emails a day purporting to be Mcaffee.
Can anyone tell me how to stop getting these. Thank you

Block the sender in your email application .

If you don't have (or intend to have) McAfee products on your PC / other devices then simply create a rule to send any email with McAfee in the subject or body to your Junk/Spam/Bin folder.

Depends who the sender is. I get a lot on one account and they come in groups, sometimes claiming Morrisons or Tesco etc. but drill down to the sender and they are spam or compromised accounts. I block them, forward to fraud departments but never open them.1

It's a BT email address? I suggest you make plans to migrate to a non-ISP-specific email address (there are several options, not just Gmail) ... if you move away from BT as your ISP then you may lose the email address.
Which was why I made sure to spell it correctly in my post.cx6 said:
