Good service from M&S

Last December I  wanted to get a warm waterproof anorak to go for long walks in. Saw one in M&S with recycled duck down, it was expensive £160.00 but a Sparks offer brought it down to almost £140.00. Used it in the cold weather and put it away spring and summer, used it on Sunday when it was very wet and had trouble with the zip, wore it again on Tuesday and the zip came open from the bottom.

Even though it was 11 months I reurned it and had a kind response, unfortunately the same design was £199.00 but they gave me 20% off a new anorak so I paid the £20.00 extra. Pleased with the service and staff.
