hi there my wife's Gym membership was suspended due to pregnancy and they reactivated the account and took money from her bank account without notifying her at all, no call, text, email or letter, can they do this

It depends on the terms and what was agreed.0

As above. What period of suspension was agreed? If they've made a mistake and reactivated it early, just ask them to reinstate the debit.0

Which gym was it? What do their T&Cs say about re-activation?
How long after de-activation did they reactivate it? A couple of month later would be unreasonable, but most people start exercising again about 3 months after birth.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

When they suspended it did they advise the date of reinstatement?0
