Age UK do a booklet that you can fill in with all the details for banking, utilities etc. Or just make a document but print a copy (unlike my dad, who had everything sorted in case he died, even down to letters for my mum to just sign but he saved it all on a floppy disc - it was 25 years ago_ and password protected it but forget to give anyone the password! we did manage to guess it thankfully)0
