Odd Resolver Information Request…
I wasn’t sure where to put this question, so hope this will do.
I've opened a complaint to Booking.com via Resolver after a stay in a dreadful & filthy supposedly 4* hotel
ive had a reply to my Resolver inbox asking the following in order that they can respond
This looks dodgy to me, given the PIN number request & that I’ve already added the email & booking ref information
am I being paranoid here… thank you

• Confirmation number:
• PIN number:
• Email address used to make the reservation:
• Accommodation name and location:
• Check-in and check-out dates:

Why use a 3rd party company when you can go straight to Booking.com & complain.Booking.com complaints email & Phone number

Instead what happened was it added in a third party, a whole load of bureaucracy and the likelihood that any company with its head screwed on relegated 'Resolver' complaints to the bottom of the pile1
