I'm after some guidance with a situation involving Royal Mail 48 Tracked ( Not Signed) Delivery.
I ordered an item from an online discount Fragrance company ( £56) and was informed that my item would be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked but not signed for.
The company emailed me notice that the item had been dispatched and provided a tracking number.
two days later I received an email from Royal Mail saying my item had been delivered.
Unfortunately it is not at my address and thanks to CCTV I have checked the stated delivery time and no one was on my property anywhere near the stated time and I could see no sign of a Post Office van near the property.
Who do I inform about this none delivery .The online Store or Royal Mail ?
Extra information is I paid via PayPal

The store, its their problem
That said, I would check with RM too, they sometimes have a GPS of where it was delivered just in case they've left it with a neighbour and didnt bother carding to say so.0
