Samsung upgrade programme

I purchased a samsung phone from samsung as i have a sim deal free with my tv provider. The phone was £15 per month for 2 years but if you paid an extra £3 per month this entitled you to the latest handset every 12 months. I have now had the phone 12.5 months and cannot get the new phone. I have contacted samsung and they have given me a web link to the samsung upgrade lounge where you can enter my specific number and surname and i am supposed to be able to gain access to the lounge and choose a phone. The samsung lounge website does not work. I have called samsung to tell them this and they have said there is nothing they can do and to keep trying. There are many forums online where hundreds of other people are in the same situation as me. Does anyone know how to get the website to work or to be able to get the upgrade ?

Non working web site try clearing cookies  using a different browser .

Do they have a social media account where you can make a fuss?

Also, don't buy Samsung again.
