    It's a Desktop and Windows 11 Desktops won't immediately appear in the Outlet; so the OP would be paying a premium to have Windows 11 pre-installed.

    W11 machines are already available in the American outlet store; I don't think it will be much longer before they appear in the UK store.

    Just the same old devices, but with Windows 11 installed. In this case, better to take a device with Windows 10. Then at least you have options.

    Installing W11 on top of W10 is no problem. The prices seem to have jumped in the last couple of days though!

    Plus you can upgrade 10 to Pro inexpensively and then upgrade to 11, if Pro is preferred.
