Warning to anyone who shops in AX Paris! As well as being charged individual postage on each item you return (even if they are in the same parcel) you are also charged VAT! I’ve never seen this before on returns but after paying £38.95 for a dress I am only being refunded £31.05!
They are also very slow at processing returns this has taken over 3 weeks to even be acknowledged by the company so who knows when I will get the actual money back!

I came on here looking to see if anyone else has had trouble with this company and I was right! I'm still waiting for me refund after a month despite sending proof of postage and numerous emails. Have you had any luck yet getting your money back? I can't believe a company can get away with keeping peoples money for a month!0
