Magnum World Vegan Month Bundle Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To enter, visit www.magnumicecream.com/uk/worldveganday.html, complete the survey and fill in the competition entry form.

3. The opening date for entries is 9.00am GMT on 01st November 2021 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 9.00am GMT on 30th November 2021.

4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. All entries are limited to maximum of one per email address.

5. All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into the draw. The winners will be selected using a computer-generated random process under independent supervision.

6. The 3 randomly selected winners will receive one of the following: x2 Magnum Vegan Classic 3 multipack, x2 Magnum Vegan Almond 3 multipack  and x2 Magnum Vegan Sea Salt Caramel 3 multipack. .The prize shall be fulfilled by supermarket delivery.

7. The winners will be notified via email by a Magnum Brand representative within seven days of the closing date. The winners are required to accept the prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the competition rules. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address, and contact number, as well as confirming that Magnum are able to share with data with the prize fulfilment company (online retailer).

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, viruses, bugs or any other causes.  Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

10. The winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Magnum Winners List (7176), PO Box 906 Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.

11. No purchase necessary.

12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Twitter. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter.

13. T&Cs seem to have reverted to what they were yesterday:
The opening date for entries is 9.00am GMT on 01st November 2021 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 9.00am GMT on 05th November 2021.
EDIT: I tried opening the T&Cs in an incognito window and @Comping_Rich is correct - the end date has changed to the 30/11. Will update title - thanks!
