Best place to park money and buy ETFs?

I have been studying ETFs by buying them using apps (mainly Trade Republic), investing only as much money as I am prepared to lose, starting with £1K and seeing how I get on, building up a little from there over time.

I have around £80K that I would be happy to invest in ETFs, as I am diversified in other stuff. But where should I actually park this money and buy ETFs? I would not like to do it in an app and am not terribly sure I want to do it through a bank, although would consider this option...

Many established investment platforms offer a range of ETF's and some have capped fees for holding ETF's

Buy and hold. I have absolutely no skill in trading and would only lose money that way, I am 100% sure.
