I am looking at purchasing the laptop below.

Guessing it could be either:

No option Windows 10 Home included - based on the SKU for that model matching ones that don't include Windows and have FreeDOS instead - eg this one with same SKU:

The Lenovo is the kind of thing you might buy for staff use; to dissuade them from using it for fun. It's just bulk standard.

Its quite a challenge to find the actual seller of stuff on Amazon. At first it looks like good news because the dispatcher and seller are the same - the once well known MESH Computers. But then you drill down and the owner is PC PERIPHERALS LTD who may be great - who can tell?  At least they're in London.
The Dell will be fine and here's another alternative - good make and a bit cheaper
