Must be on the Instagram live to claim your prize. You can choose any colour sofa in your prize category, as long as there is stock available. You cannot exchange for cash. You can request a sofa of lesser value as your prize.

13.2 When you post and/or tag any social media content (including, without limitation, photos, text, graphics, video, comments or any other content) in relation to the Company on social media sites (such as Instagram or Facebook) (“Social Content”), we may request your permission to use this Social Content in connection with our business. Such use may be in conjunction with the Website, electronic media and/or print materials.

 

13.3 By responding to our request with post using the hashtag “#yesSnug”:

 

13.3.1 you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use the Social Content for its marketing and/or in its advertising, including the Website, online store, emails, social media, Company channels and paid social media, store materials and other customer communications conducted by the Company, its affiliates or partners. The Company may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Social Content in its sole discretion; and

 

13.3.2 you guarantee that:

 

13.3.2.1 you own all rights (including copyright) in the Social Content uploaded or, if the Social Content is subject to third party rights, you have acquired and obtained all licenses, rights, consents and permissions for you and the Company to publish the Social Content;

 

13.3.2.2 you are over the age of 18;

 

13.3.2.3 the Company’s use of your Social Content will not violate the intellectual, proprietary or other rights of any third party or applicable law. You release and discharge the Company from all claims and obligations to pay you for any use of the Social Content.

 

13.4 By consenting to our request to use your Social Content, you grant Snug the right to publish your name, username, likeness, caption associated with that content in connection with the use of your content.

 

13.5 If you believe that any Social Content uploaded on the Website infringes someone's intellectual property or legal rights, is offensive, inflammatory or inappropriate then you can report the photo by sending an email to hello@snugsofa.com.
