    Who is the operator/parking company?
  • @D_P_Dance Gosh! Them pesky ANPR. This one wasn't ANPR.

@1505grandad Parking Collection Services are acting on behalf of JD Parking Consultants.
  • The NTK also says 'if we do not recieve the name and address of the driver within 28 days beginning on the day after this notice is given then if the charge is still outstanding we will have the right to recover payment from the keeper.'

Can I argue this isnt POFA compliant? I read this on another thread

They can attempt to recover it, whether they can or depends on a judge.

That sounds substantially compliant with that section of Schedule 4.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Are there any other points I could raise? I feel like the main leg I have to stand on is the illegible sign

    The main legal points are

    No landowner authority
    Poor and inadequate signage
    Forbidding signage
    POFA
    CRA
The relevant CoP at the time

If you cannot read the signs how can yuou agree to the contract?  No contract equals no breach of contract.
