Lloyds Packaged Account on Deceased Estate

Just an update, In the end I didnt need to pay for, or even need to have a Grant of Representation to make a claim. My last messaage to Lloyds on Resolver was that I was going to contact the FO. Within a few days I had an apologetic letter from Lloyds (last Friday). The claim was upheld based on both the explanation and documentary evidence provided, and Lloyds have already paid my late brothers estate a 4 figure sum. Guess I must be one of the 7% to get success. I am just glad that something that my late brother knew I was trying to sort out for him, albeit late, has finally been put right.
