OK, tried several times using Google Chrome, no results. Decided to download Firefox as @Daphne01
 managed to enter via that route, but still nothing happens for me. Will try to email them and see if there's a response.

Update: I emailed them via their website, and received this reply:

"Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had issues on the website when you tried to submit your answer for the Kevin competition.

Can I ask you how many characters you are using? We have seen issues when it has been over 500 so try to keep under and submit again.

Hopefully this will do it, otherwise please do let us know and we can have another look "


So despite the fact the maximum is actually 1,000, they want you to keep it below 500? Eek! So, I cut mine down to just under 400, and what do you know! It went through via Chrome (saying I've earned 0 points??) but when clicking to submit again I got the message that my entry had reached its redemption limit. So I'm assuming it went through.

Mine still wasn't working, but I now see they have updated the text to say the maximum is 450 characters. And now it has gone through. FINALLY!
