Which VR Headset?

Hi all
I also know there are a couple of other highly ranked alternatives too.
I'm interested in buying a VR headset but I am not sure which would be best.
I quite like the Occulus Q 2 as it has Resident Evil 4 and boxing games.
My main uses will be occasional gaming and workouts and watching VR movies (if available?)
I already own a PS4 and know they have a tethered offering.

Adam, I have the PSVR headset - it's good, but picture quality isn't great. I still enjoy the immersive experience, but would definitely prefer a HD experience if I could. I wouldn't recommend purchasing the PSVR. I've not had any experience of the Occulus's.0
