    There was more to this than an INR gone wrong, I still suspect an issue with when item showed as delivered. Seller protection is clear, proof of delivery showing at point of despatch, and then added to the open case before escalation is enough for a seller to win a case. There is no grey area, no dispute, seller protection is absolutely clear on this. If seller has concerns that case doesn’t close when proof is uploaded then always phone ebay and remind them that proof has been uploaded.

    I have never lost a dispute yet where I could show online proof of delivery before escalation, something here was missed.

    For me personally HONESTY is truly missing from this case, sone people they used any method and try and try to get free stuff, so sad so sad and so wrong !
