My mum has received 3 of these letter after my brother used her car three days in a row and left the car in the car park for longer than the maximum period permitted.
She ignored the 1st 3 letters because she had a lot going on and out then in a drawer and forgot about them. Now she has received these ones from DCBL and starting to panic. At the bottom in bold underlined writing it says THIS CASE IS NOT SUBJECT TO HIGH COURT OR BALIFF ACTION.

Anyone know what she should do?
