The Travel Trust Association should refund all your losses, including the cost of replacement accommodation, the aim is to ensure you are not out of pocket.0

I was contacted by the TTA on the 9 November, filled in the claim form and sent it back. Was told they would be in contact within 21 days. Recieved an email today wanting me to resubmit form with all the same details as last time. Now I have to wait another 21 days. I paid by credit card so am I better off just contacting my CC provider for a section 75?

Not necessarily. The card issuer will only consider liability if you have nowhere else to go, in this case, they will almost certainly send you back to the TTA on the basis that money was supposed to be in a trust account. Incidentally, I think I read they hoped to issue refunds within 12 weeks, which was exactly the same time the CAA took to begin refunding after Thomas Cook failed. That was the CAA's biggest ever failure, and I suspect that this is the biggest TTA have had to deal with.0

I booked a package holiday with TT which is Jet2.I’m due to go on on later this month but concerned we may have issues when we arrive there with hotel etc as mentioned above and can no longer access our booking on Jet2s website. When we booked it stated on their website that we would have covid cover with the package provider which obviously isn’t the case and was hoping to cancel and get a refund when I discovered they had went into liquidation but seems we aren’t able to get a refund0

As a matter of urgency you should contact the Travel Trust Association who are administering claims following the failure of Teletext Holidays https://www.ttatravel.co.uk/ .
