The more I read, the more disgusted I am with the conversation I had with Scottish power this morning. After telling me I can't move the tariff, the lady said don't worry we will get you the best deal (it sounded like a Donald Trump speech). Then to be pushed to another advisor without been told I'm been transferred, and informed the only tariff available was virtually double what my current electricity is. I even argued that this couldn't be my only option. I haven't agreed to anything, and won't be agreeing to anything after reading this thread, so THANK YOU.
