Ibis Hotel Cancellation Refunds.

Is anybody else finding it's taking a while to receive the money back for Ibis rooms they have cancelled?
I booked a two nights stay a couple of months ago which I had to cancel and the money was back in my account within 2 days.
On the other hand I had to cancel rooms on the 11/10 and I am still waiting for the money. I emailed the hotel and they responded back that there were delays but it was clear the email was partly/mostly cut and paste as it ended by saying they hoped to be open to the public again as soon as rules allowed it.
PS I tried to search "Ibis" but all I could get was a list of posts in no order or a list with the oldest post first. Sorting it in "newest first" order produced nothing!!
