Follow the advice in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements

Ideally you want plan A to work , even if it means emailing a complaint to the CEO of Lidl

Plan B is appeal as keeper using the blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread , on the Parking Eye website , also adding that the keeper was a legitimate customer of Lidl

Plan C is a Popla appeal

Plan D is court , so try to avoid plan D by being successful in the other plans

What is the alleged contravention ??  I cannot see it on the PCN ?

Was it for not validating your stay by adding your VRM at the checkout. ?

Yep but this one is for Lidl.
  • Sure, can someone please advise me as this is LIDL
  • There is no contravention mentioned on the PCN

I presume it was not validated,  but I was not the driver so I am not sure

It is also the same as all the Lidl ones this year, since PE took over the contract.

Seems you've collected numerous private parking tickets in the past - 10 separate threads on the forum from you relating to various PPCs - I would have thought you'd know your way around the process by now.
