Right i was £4.99 overdrawn in october and they charged me £39 so i rand them up and they stopped it
I had a letter this week saying the same ammount has happened and they wont stop the charge
So i said well i dont want to waste my time and your by reclaiming it back so could you not wave it? they said no
So i've emptied my account and they are going to take it out on thursday, i said i would pay what it cost's them but they wont have any of it
So does anyone know what will happen?

They will put through the charge and it will make you go overdrawn and so you will incur a further charge and so on and the charges will mount up.0

They are not allowed to take your benefits, your citizens advice will back you up on this, they'll also advise you open another account to pay your benefits but it can take time.0
