2013 Mazda 2 noise when turning right

Evening guys! I'll try my best to cut a long story short. On my test drive in my Mazda 2 I could hear a shhhing noise from my front passenger side front wheel. I made the dealership aware, which they said they would sort. The noise was still there within a day or two of ownership. I made the dealership aware, they had the car for a day, said it was a lipped disc so replaced the front discs and pads foc. After a week or so the noise is back.. It's most noticeable at low speeds when turning right (half lock to lock). I went back to the dealership yesterday and took a mechanic out. Within no time he said that the noise is the brakes and its nothing to worry about. I asked why it doesn't happen when turning left and he said he couldn't explain it. In hindsight I should have asked why would they pay for new discs and pads if the noise is the brakes and is nothing to worry about.

Could it really be the brakes? Why would they make a noise under load? Thanks in advance. D
