EURO CAR PARKS PCN

Afternoon.
I parked in a town car park, operated by said company. I tried to make payment on my mobile app, but unknown to me the app didn't work. Few weeks later I get a PCN.
It is a car park that I'm familiar, where I have parked on several occasions in the past using the phone app.
This particular car park has about 5/6 payment machines and plenty of signage.
I appealed against the PCN, which was rejected, they have sent me a POPLA number.
Where do I go from here now?
Thanks

Obvious , you appeal to Popla after reading the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , or you pay in full , one or the other. We would recommend that you appeal to Popla
After Popla , if unsuccessful , it's debt collector letters followed by an LBC followed by a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton , MCOL , within 6 years
Ps , of course it was rejected , there is no profit in acceptance !1 -
