Peoples Energy to British Gas
My new supplier, British Gas, has now emailed me to advise my new start date with them is on 02/11 and will be on a Gas and Electric variable rate tariff.
Now I have British Gas's supply date, should I change supplier and who would be best?
On the energy club's comparison site and based on my usage, the cheapest supplier would be Utility Warehouse however at an £400 increase per year from Peoples Energy...

The tariff you'll be on with British Gas is priced at the Ofgem energy cap. You are unlikely to find anything better, there's no fixes about lower than the Ofgem cap (other than Neon Reef for electricity - most think they wont last much longer)
The rates Utility Warehouse quote on comparison sites are often only available if you take phone and broadband with UW too.0
