FVF offer later than normal

I just got this on both of my main private accounts- as far as I can remember it has been years since I got anything for a Saturday start- these usually come out on Fridays and incorprate the long weekend- I wonder if ebay forgot to send it out this time?

*Valid from 30 Oct 2021 until 02 Nov 2021. Applies to final value fees on up to 100 listings. An item must sell within the first listing period. No insertion fees apply. Private sellers activated on managed payments only. Offer excludes the 30p order level fee for private sellers activated to managed payments. I don't have the £1 FVF offer mentioned on the main thread though.

The only account I have with the £1 FVF offer is the only one not moved to managed payments. Perhaps the start day change is something to do with half term? Who knows with eBay!

also it's invitation only. I didn't get it on any of my accounts, and when I tried to follow the link it said "invitation only"
sometimes I notice that when I don't get an offer, I also notice there's less stuff available to buy on ebay. maybe a lot of sellers also hold off listing until they get a good offer
