You're paying a solicitor to sort this out for you and yet you are asking anonymous people on the internet for advice? Go back to your solicitor and ask the questions you're asking here - it's what you're paying them for and they'll know a lot more about it than any person on here!4

Sorry, yes I do have the title deeds. My mother is on them.
I don't know much about it, other than it was put on the market a few weeks ago from what I can gather and they have accepted an offer on it.0 -
