Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help with the exact wording of the paragraph to say that I am the nominate executor. The rest of the form is filled out but I’ve been told that the phrase he’s to be near perfect to be accepted.
Also, Do I need to put anything on the will when I send it to the court

Thank you. Do I need to put anything on the actual will? The court aren’t seeing anyone here yet so will need to post it0

As described in the C1 guidance, the will needs to be docquetted.
On the front page
[Place], [Date]
This is the will referred to in my decleration of this date to the Inventory of the estate of the late [insert full name of deceased] .
[Executor signs]
The date in the docquette needs to be the same date as page 2 of the C1
Place can be a town name.1
