Hi I went through a divorce 8 years ago and a financial consent order was agreed by the court. My ex-husband has breached the order. I have completed a D11 form. Please can anyone advise me where to send the form and how much the fee is. I've tried to search on line and phoned my local court but have not been successful in getting any information.
