Pension mis-selling advice

Thanks for all your useful advice. Thankfully, after I paid my Mum a visit and had a closer look at all the documents, I find there is actually not the problem she thought there was. Dad thankfully still had his full teacher's pensions. The Legal & General pension that Mum had thought was his main pension was actually some kind of additional pension he'd purchased at some point - I suspect basically an annuity, purchaed from part of his retirement lump-sum, that paid out a very small amount, that won't be significant in her ongoing finances. To say we're all relieved is an under statement Together with her state pension she will now have a very satisfactory income to support her over her, hopefully many, future years.14
