Laptop not connecting to internet

    The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5759. Intel i3, 8 Gb RAM.

     I have taken screenshots of the suggestions so far (editing out names of course) and passed them on to my son. The ball js now in his court, to try the suggestions or wait till YouFibre get back to us. Once again, thank you all for your suggestions.

  • I've had a quick look at the specification of that laptop, and there's a number of different WiFi modules it could have shipped with, including several Dell, Intel, Qualcomm cards.

    Happy to offer further advice if it is required, but will really need to know some more information about which WiFi module is in the Laptop and the model number of the access point the ISP has provided.

    Good luck getting the problem resolved.
