Hello,
I recently went to small claims court and won against an unregistered gas fitter. He hasn't paid what the court ordered and I wonder what to do next. Do I ask the court to issue a warrant of control?
Thank you

Have a read of this: Make a court claim for money: Enforce a judgment - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1
