Bulb historical economy 7 unit rates - help needed
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with pulling up some old rates. I found out that Bulb have been billing me at single rate but i'm on economy 7. Before I start a complaint I would like to calculate myself who has underpaid/overpaid. Ive only been with them since March 21 but have had a couple of price rises. I realise the unit rate depends on area so I am SE London and unit rates are currently,
23.3614p per kWh
13.5208p per kWh
Standing charge
23.3824p per day
So I am looking for the ones before this if anyone has them easily to hand this would be massively helpful, If you are onthe same rates now I would imagine our historical ones would be the same. I have no record of them as bulb put me on 1 rate and I only just noticed. If anyone can help and has the time that would be wonderful! Many thanks

Yes i did choose E7, however previous supplier Green had given me a price increase and switched me to single rate by accident. This info then got transferred incorrectly to Bulb. I had lots of hassle getting changed to 2 rate but they accepted it finally by me sending photos etc. I checked they accepted my 2 rates but stupidly have only just noticed the single rate charge (they add both units used together and charge a single rate)0

Hi,sorry, can't help with rates, but forgetting about historical rates for now.If reason for having E7 is mainly for heating then usage on night rate over the period would be fairly low.Have you worked out the difference in charges? What are your usage figures for the period and what is the single rate tariff?

No that's why I need the historical rates - to do the calculations. I'm in the process of leaving bulb so wanted to do some quick maths before pursuing it with them. Itf the difference is minimal I will probably not bother...0

Was just seeing if any one with the time could pass me the unit rates0

Surely, any complaint that you might have is against Green not Bulb. I am struggling to understand what Bulb has done wrong unless you can show that the tariff that you agreed with Bulb was E7. Suppliers do not pass information on a transfer of supply. The gaining supplier manages ALL aspects of a transfer which includes providing the losing supplier with industry-verified meter readings.kazzayu said:Yes i did choose E7, however previous supplier Green had given me a price increase and switched me to single rate by accident. Because Green had 0 activity with me - and have now gone bust. Even went to of ofcom about them but they still didnt do as promised and agreed by ofgem. My account had no updates and then they went kaputt0

Like I said was just seeing if anyone could provide the rates for me so I could do the sums

Just as a sanity check I would suggest doing the calculation on the basis of the current rates, the differential between night and day will probably not have shifted significantly over the last 7 months.kazzayu said:Like I said was just seeing if anyone could provide the rates for me so I could do the sums
