    And you have (or will have) had a surveyor look at the property and tell you about any settlement or subsidence (whether caused by mining or anything else). That's it.

    The first collection of coal was by monks around here at an outcrop the there were collieries (shot now) but cola can still be picked up

    I don't doubt what you say, but was there any need to drag up a > 2 year old thread to say it?
