Do you have Legal Protection on your house insurance?

I have only a legal advice. I am taking him to court. This is not the main issue. A bathroom he installed looked awful. I have attached only few images but there are many more. I redone a bathroom and going to claim the money from him, Your advice about this would be greatly appreciated. He lies about everything. He said I bought cheap uneven tiles and insisted him to work with them. He chipped few tiles. He said I saw it and refused to buy new ones. Even the shop replaced a full  box of broken tiles free of charge. Etc. I have an independent report which confirms his faults. Thank you so much for your reply.

That's poor, right enough, Alice. But please stop using the word 'Lie', as I can almost guarantee it won't help your case.
If your LP gives 'advice', then that's the main thing, as they should be able to advise you how to correctly proceed, and the chances of you being successful. Follow their guidelines to the letter.
You've had an independent assessor out to look at the standard of work - good, well done - and that's the 'evidence' you will present, along with photos and any communication records you have.
But don't use the term 'liar' or'lie'. Just state the facts - 'you asked him to xyz, and he claimed that it was fg&h. Here is the evidence of the situation, which I believe backs up my version of events'. And a chronological account (keep it as brief as possible) of how it all unfolded; 'On the 7th I emailed him to ftehdut, and he replied iuerbcnbfyfru.' That sort of stuff.
