Morrison's Shares Delisting Today?

I have a small amount of Morrison's stock in a share-builder account, I have never had any share delisted before so not sure what i need to do?
I have not been following the events of this situation and I'm concerned what will happen if i don't sell today, will the shares be sold automatically or will i lose the shares etc.
Enjoy everyday like it's your last!

    Hi,
no worries, shares will be sold and proceeds paid to you.
    Looks like you're getting £2.87 a share.

Nothing for you to do. You'll be sent a cheque for the value of your shareholding.

My son has some Morrison's shares.  So will this happen for him too?
