Hermes delivery photo?

I posted a parcel via Ebay paclink which Hermes  have marked as delivered at midnight after much nonsensical toing  and froing  in the tracking information for several days - however it has not been delivered, unsurprisingly.

I’m trying to chase up with Hermes, however the live chat keeps referring to the delivery photo and I can’t for the life of me work out how to get Hermes to show me the delivery photo! 

How do I get Hermes to provide the info, either GPS  or a photo, which evidences their claimed delivery? Any suggestions appreciated.

I had an issue with Hermes last weekend, the photo should be on the same page as their delivery notice, I assume you have a smart phone or tablet that you can access their photos, their Chatlines are a complete waste of time, they just send you around in circles. Have you contacted eBay as Midnight deliveries are ridiculous even eBay will have to agree with you on that one, you have more chance though of sorting your problem out with eBay than you do with the impossible to contact Hermes

You can't see photos on the "classic" site but if you click on "take me to new site" at top of page you will be able to find them.

Enter your tracking number and at the right hand side click on "view tracking details. 
You then have to enter the postcode where the parcel is being delivered to and you will find the photo.  Good Luck!
