Nationwide blurry screen when trying to open APP

I use an iphone 11-latest update installed. Removed and replaced a
APP-stlll blurry screen about 1 in 3 attempts. Cannot log in with this screen-only fix i know is to switch off phone pwer back up and usually works. Does anyone know is this Is this a Nationwide or APP problem?

I have not experienced it, however, I am on android.
Is it an iOS thing?1 -
Happens a lot to me, takes 5 seconds to kill the app and restart it.1

I get it occasionally too- again, force close and restart.
