Stolen car and Tax refund
My car got stolen from my driveway this morning (unfort a very good job, they cloned my keys and got in the car in less than 4 minutes). Car will be most likely unrecoverable as the police found the tracker unfitted in the last reported location.
I've started a claim with my insurance company (Admiral), however it's not clear to me if I should contact DVLA to get a refund on the car tax or the insurance will sort that out for me once they pay off the claim. Has anybody got previous experience with this (and above everything - sorry if this happened to you)?
Thanks a lot.
