I was convinced that you could enter Italy so long as you were double vaccinated and had the necessary NHS covid pass associated with your passenger locator form.
Is this still the case? TIA

- show evidence of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within 48 hours before entering Italy
So yes, you need a negative test even if fully vaccinated.
