I was in a similar situation and was sent a letter from the company dealing with their liquidation. My options were either to write off the debt as a bad debt, or take it to the small claims court. I didn't have the time or resource to deal with it unfortunately so just lost out on the pay.1

I haven't received any notification from the company - that's what really p** me off!
It's now being handled the county court judgement but again, it feels like it's going nowhere. What annoys me the most it's peeking on their personal social media and see all the compassionate messages from their clients (as well as recommending some of their team!!)...yikes!
I hate it and I can be petty. I'm holding myself to explode on their socials!
