Unibet gambling refund to refund deposit

I signed up ten days ago they closed my account after I deposited £10. Asked for documents so I sent them but they have told me 5 days been now waiting ten days and they wont refund. 

I looked at:

Disputing payment with bank 
I raised a compliment with resolver via gambling commission
I reported the app to Apple as others have had issues getting deposit back too

What are my rights have I seen the back of that £10 deposit?

Have they explained why they won't refund? Seems  harsh to close the account and not let to have it back? Will they reopen if you resend the documents?

Well they are meant to reopen if I sent documents the issue is the time it’s taking I have used other sites and never waited ten days.

So they haven't refusded to refund then? It seems there is just some delay with opening your account.
