Help!!

sorry if this post is in wrong area of forum, not sure where else to put it.

I've had 3 cruises with P&O cancelled due to covid. I have been told I've got nearly £4K in FCC, I have been requesting a refund since April for this money but have never received it. However when they started cruising again I phone them direct to book a new cruise using some of my balance - I told them I wasn't interested in the FCC  just wanted the remainder back - I also emailed the same day to confirm my wishes . For some reason they ignored this request and classed that cruise as a 'FCC Cruise' 😡. Earlier this year my husband was diagnosed with incurable liver cancer, this means that I cannot book holidays too far in advance so have again requested my balance be refunded. Added to this issue is the fact that I work in a school so can only cruise during school holidays - P&O do not have a suitable cruise available in the next few months that goes sat to sat - the only ones I fancy start midweek so that is not gong to happen.

please advise what my rights are!

TIA
Toni
