I wonder if you could offer some advice please?
I purchased 2 x PCR tests from Expert Medicals via their website for day 2 testing on return from holiday. These tests were returned to them as per their instructions however to date no results have been received.
I know of 8 others who also purchased & returned from same company - they haven’t had their tests results back either.
I’ve tried to contact this company over 20 times but they never answer the phone, I’ve emailed on numerous occasions, no response either!
Are we entitled to claim the cost of this test back via our bank? We paid with debit card and I have been told we can claim but am unsure.
Thank you for your help.

You're in the same situation as the poster in another thread, so read through this:

  • Check your spam e-Mail folder ,for the e-Mail address that you registered the tests to ( which is not necessarily the one you used when you purchased them , it depends which e-Mail address you registered the tests to )
Some have found the e-Mail with the results there.
  • I've spoken to them on the phone twice, they seemed very efficient. My activation code didn't work, I emailed them and because I'd already returned the test they couldn't add the new activation code so are sending out another one.

So before I travelled I contacted them on chat to find out if I could get the test sent to other than my home address, took an hour or so for a reply - but I wasn't sat waiting. Then I had to phone them, maybe 10 minutes on hold the 1st time and less the 2nd time.

My partner has had their PCR Day2 test result by email about 48 hours after sending back the test.

    Plus a great price.
