Please could someone help me with setting up a standing order on nationwide? I put in my pin, then put in the code it tells me to on the screen and the card reader gives me the passcode. But the screen is telling me to input the amount I want the standing order to be before I enter a passcode? The card reader doesn’t allow me to do that. What am I missing here. Kindly help

There are three options, one is like a silhouette of a person, the next is two arrows (identify I think they call it) and the third is a tick. You get different options depending upon which one you press so make sure you're pressing the one they tell you to prior to putting your pin in.1 -
If I recall correctly if you're getting an on-screen prompt to input the figure into the card reader then you simply use the numerical buttons - they will naturally fall into the decimal places as you input them. For example - if you input 1-0-4-2 that will give you an amount of £10.42. 1-0-4-2-0 will give you £104.20 and so on.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Are you pressing the tick button like it tells you rather than the one that looks like a key hole?Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:3
