Good morning all.
In February 2022 I have a final balloon payment of £8000 on a car lease I have. (PCP)
Rather than take out a personal loan is it possible to sign up to a 0% credit card for 24+ months to pay off the £8000. Therefore incurring no interest charges over the period. Personal loans current at 2.8%.
Not sure you can pay of credit with credit.
Thanks

Good morning,
Don’t think you can pay it off with credit card.Would a 0% money transfer from a credit card to your account not be better?

You'd do better with a money transfer card though no guarantee you will get the £8k
Why not just use the money you put aside for the balloon payment which you started building up in 2018 or so when you took out the PCP? Far better than paying interest / MT fee0 -
You would need to ask finance co if they would take a CC as means of payment. Many will not.mathew_2 said:Good morning all.

Also can you be sure you will get a 0% 24 deal for £8K?Life in the slow lane0 -
When I paid off my last PCP they wouldn't even accept a debit card, only a bank transfer was accepted.0
