Air fare taken back from Refund

I booked holiday with teletext for 4th October and easyjet cancelled my flight. I eventually got full refund from teletext but next day teletext took back £468 for air fare. I contacted easyjet and they know nothing about this and they paid teletext the airfare 7 days after flight was cancelled. Any advice please.

what have Teletext given as an explanation?0

They haven't given an explanation. They just tried blaming easyjet. I already spoke with easyjet and actually believe them. Had nothing but lies and fobbed of by teletext.0

Teletext are the first and only travel company to be taken to court by the Competitions and Markets Authority for failing to refund after breaking written undertakings to do so. Waiting for them to act is like waiting for the end of Covid, it may never happen. If you paid by credit card contact your bank and ask for a section 75 claim, if by debit card, and you are within 120 days of the date of travel, ask for a chargeback.3

^ This. Chargeback or S75, Teletext aren't going to help you. Get the bank involved.1
