There was also £15 charge if we stayed more than 2 hours at the service station.
I provided them with the full receipt showing my order number and also the customer copy of my receipt which shows the £15 charge.

Stayed around 45 minutes total (15 mins here and there and 30 mins waiting to see if things would be sorted). £15 was the cost of the food.

That makes more sense but i don't know why you even mentioned the £15 charge for parking if you didn't pay it?. It wouldn't have been reasonable to stay waiting for 2 hours anyway.
Also was the food really £15 exactly? I doubt it.
